Time Trial Hold : 30 secs to 1 min

Pac Mans : 10 reps Each Side

Side Plank Raise : 10 Each Side

Tim - Berrr : 5 Reps Each Side

Hip Bridge Heel Slides : 20 Reps Alternating Each Leg
