MISSION Level System

The Mission Levels:

1. Pre Stagiaire (6-Phase Completion): Pre Stagiaire Certificate

*Only FITNESS and EXECUTION

What:

- Power Control: Create the 10 PowerTrain Zones

- Power Control: Be able to maintain Power Control of SD Score 20 or below in each PTZ.

- Cadence Control: Be able to use target cadences in any interval or given zone.

- Separation: Be able to create Separation of effort in the workouts.

How:

- Workouts have a range of Power to stay within.

- Workouts have only one PowerTrain Zone per interval.

- Workouts have only one cadence per interval.

 

2. Stagiaire (6-Phase Completion): Stagiaire Certificate

 

FOCUS

What:

- 4P Focus

How:

- Receive and use the 4P Focus Mindset Tool.

FITNESS

What:

- Develop and Increase each of the 10 PowerTrain Zones.

How:

- Following the WT Periodization Protocol 

EXECUTION

What:

- Power Control: Specific Power Floors and Ceilings (SD Score of 15 or below).

- Cadence Control: Specific Cadence changes within intervals.

- Separation: Clear Separation of Power Control and Cadence Control.

How:

- Workouts give specific numbers for power that represent Power Floors.

- The top of the range you are able to keep the power close to the Power Floor is the Power Ceiling.  

- Workouts will have a maximum of 2 Power Floor changes per interval.

- Workouts will have only two cadences used per interval.

 

NUTRITION

What:

- 3-Sigma Nutrition

How:

- Receive and begin to use the 3-Sigma Nutrition Tool.

3. Level 1 (3,000 pts): White Jersey, MISSION LEVEL 1 Certificate
 

FOCUS

What:

-4R Focus

How:

- Receive and use the 4R Focus Mindset Tool.

FITNESS

What:

- Develop and Increase each of the 10 PowerTrain Zones in a competition-like format.

How:

- Following the WT Periodization Protocol 

EXECUTION

What:

- Execution becomes NorthStar Execution introducing Body Position and Transitional Control to the Mix.

- Introduction of specific Rider Type Plays. 

How:

- Workouts start to integrate Body Position into the intervals and Transitional Control to improve the Torque on different outputs.

- Workouts will have Plays which simulate offensive and defensive cycling actions/strategies.  

NUTRITION

What:

- 3-Sigma Nutrition

How:

- Use and master the 3-Sigma Nutrition Tool.


4.   Level 2 (8,000 pts): Yellow Jersey , MISSION LEVEL 2 Certificate

5.   Level 3 (12,000 pts): Grey Jersey, MISSION LEVEL 3 Certificate

6.   Level 4 (16,000 pts): Green Jersey, MISSION LEVEL 4 Certificate

7.   Level 5 (20,000 pts): Aqua Jersey, MISSION LEVEL 5 Certificate

8.   Level 6 (27,000 pts): Purple Jersey, MISSION LEVEL 6 Certificate

9.   Level 7 (32,000 pts): Copper Jersey, MISSION LEVEL 7 Certificate

10.   Level 8 (38,000 pts): Red Jersey, MISSION LEVEL 8 Certificate

11. Level 9 (44,000 pts): Gold Jersey, MISSION LEVEL 9 Certificate

12. Level 10 (50,000 pts): Black Jersey, MISSION LEVEL 10 Certificate
