Nutrition Before the Workout or Event

CINCH Protein Pancakes 


1/2 cup egg whites or 1 egg

1 heaping scoop of Protein Powder

2 tbs vanilla almond milk or skim

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbs ground flaxseed

1 small banana


Mix all ingredients together except the banana.

Mash banana then add to mixture.

Once mixed add mixture to oiled pan on medium heat and proceed like a normal pancake.

Optional* add blueberries or vegan chocolate chips top with a drizzle of grade A syrup.




Avocado Toast


2 pieces Ezekiel toast.
Smash Half a ripe avocado.
Cook two eggs over easy in coconut oil. Garnish with salt and red pepper Flakes.





Egg and Veggie Breakfast Wrap

1⁄4 cup of eggs white

1 egg
1 whole wheat wrap
1⁄4 cup tomato
1 tbsp bell pepper
1⁄4 cup onion
1⁄4 cup asparagus
1⁄2 cayenne
1 tbs coconut, avocado or olive oil

1. Add diced tomatoes, bell, pepper, onion, asparagus, oil to small skillet on medium heat.
2. Whisk egg whites and egg.
3. Add egg mixture to veggie skillet.
4. Heat tortilla up in oven.
5. Add eggs and veggie mixture to tortilla and roll up.
6. Add salsa or guacamole and enjoy.
